Just a quick thank you for your book, The Founding Fathers. I do enjoy the PIG series because they frequently recommend further great reading.
I am a fourth grade teacher on summer vacation and a voracious reader. I just finished your passage on the Whiskey Rebellion, and enjoyed cross checking it with Google. (It is so easy to learn things these days!)

Put simply, your book is excellent. Where I think it differs from others is that it is not a dull recounting of the biographies of the Founders. Instead, you show their motivations and how people today misunderstand what they wanted to achieve. I thought before I read the book that the Founders were revolutionaries, when the opposite is true. Every American should read this book to see where we went wrong.
